Welcome!!!!

 

I just sent out the very first e-newsletter from the new Voltaire.net! As promised, I've started my e-list from scratch to insure that only people who REALLY want to be on it, are... It went out to a little over 1,000 people.  If you were one of them, then you were one of the first 1,000 people to sign up either at one of my shows recently or right here on VOLTAIRE.NET!

For that I thank you and I hope you will join me right here often for news, tour dates,  to hear ALL of my CDs in their entirety, watch my little films, or chat on the Blog  or (if I get my way...) in the Forum.  I'm working on trying to make that happen now.

If it works, great, if not, we can always chat right here! I can't thank you enough for signing up, for showing your support and most importantly for joining me on this exciting new leg of this voyage!

I?ve been surfing online more than three hours today, yet I never found any interesting article like yours. It is pretty worth enough for me. In my opinion, if all webmasters and bloggers made good content as you did, the internet will be a lot more useful than ever before.

Hello Voltaire. Honestly, I'm in high school right now and I take graphic design. We had to pick a Graphic Designer to do a project on and I thought about doing something on you. If you could send some art and things I'd really appreciate. Deady is one of my favorite characters you've made. I'm in America but you must travel the world. Do you have an international products? Maybe you could tell me how an average day for you is? (must be awesome). Also out of curiosity do you make any products for other business or companies (probably not but it's important to ask). I need to explore this website more but thank you for reading this.

Hey! Glad to get on board! I'm lookin' forward to all the news and stuff from you! Go get 'em! Fuck those social networking sites, there will be a new one in two years you know it. BTW "Mike" loved his calendar! (from the ottobar show) He was sad of course that he couldn't make it himself, but I told him to sign up for your newsletter! I was one of those signing up on the website; as much as I'd love to see a show, unfortunately I'm all the way over in Australia. XDD If you do ever tour over here I'll be certain to drop in. A forum would be excellent, good luck getting it all set up! It's great to see someone -actually doing their own website- for once, many respect points earned!

I'm glad the new site is coming along well. Loved the "broken guitar" show in Detroit last month! We're the insane couple who drove through the ice from Chicago for the show. It was worth the trip. Best!

New site's fantastic! While I was fond of the gorgeus artwork on the old one, the material was horrificly outdated, and this is brand new, shiny, and with STREAMING MUSIC!! Good work!

Yay, e-list! Just saw you in Tuscon over the weekend at the Wild West Con. The show was awesome in the blew-my-mind sort of way. Thanks for signing my ticket. I second the handwriting comment, woo! I saw you in MA on devils night, you gave me a CD for my little sister(12) who was unable to be there due to illness, I'd like you to know that she appreciated it immensely and it certainly cheered her up! The email arrived just as you promised! I don't always get them when I sign up for things since the underscores in my name seem to confuse some. A man that actually understands underscores in an email address is a true genius in my book! All that and a great songwriter too! Who could ask for more?

I listened to (nearly) all of your albums on your website this past Saturday ("Ravens Land" and a couple of others wouldn't play), and liked the music very much; now I just need some MONEY so I can buy the CDs (no downloads, please)! Also, I just got the newsletter and look forward to checking out your films as well (until I read the newsletter, I didn't know you'd posted any of your films to your website)--in fact, I'm going to do so right now!

Holy cow! A busy guy who is taking control of his own website - I love it! That's what I like to see! I could hear the excitement in your newsletter, which in turn got me all excited! (Obvious dirty jokes aside) I'm new to the world of Voltaire, and have been wondering how the hell I missed your music and presence back when I was 15?...*blink* But here I am now 10 years later, and perhaps I can appreciate it better. I'm really excited to hear you're putting up a forum (I am a forum junkie and am an Admin at a couple of forums, and trust me, it is a big job, so good luck!). Good for you for taking control of your site - eager to see how it progresses! btw - what the hell is up with the security check putting in umlauts? First I've seen of that, lol
