Known for his Halloween hits, Brains and Land of the Dead from the Cartoon Network show, The Grim Adventures of Billy and Mandy and for his vampiric viral hit, The Night, with over 57 million views on Youtube, Aurelio Voltaire is back early this year to add some creepy cheer to an unsuspecting holiday, Easter!  And this time he’s not doing it alone. He’s bringing spooky surf music legends, Satan’s Pilgrims along for the ride.
The first single from his upcoming album, Summerween Surf (Sinister Ska, Rockabilly, Reggae and More!), The Bunnypocalypse tells the tale of a zombie bunny invasion on Easter morning. The track is sung in Aurelio Voltaire’s trademark, sultry villain vocals over a bed of spooky surf music provided by Portland’s own, 3rd wave surf superstars, Satan’s Pilgrims who were recently inducted into the Oregon Music Hall of Fame.
The Bunnypocalypse comes out on Friday, April 18th, just in time for Easter.
